How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you don’t receive it, contact us for assistance.
My order was unsuccessful, why has my credit card been charged?
If your order does not go through your credit card will not be charged. Any transactions reflected on your account are authorization charges only and will automatically disappear within a few days, determined by your bank’s policies. For any specific concerns, please reach out to our support team via email at helpcenter@braceletto.com.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
No.
When will my order ship?
3-6 business days from day of fulfillment.
How can I view my order history?

What if my package is lost/stolen?
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:
- Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
- Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
- Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
- Check to see if your neighbors or someone in your residence accepted it
- Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
- Contact your local carrier with your tracking number to find the package
Unfortunately, Braceletto is not liable for any lost or stolen packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier once it has shipped. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
How can I make a return?
Please contact us for approval before returning any items, as we do not accept returns without prior approval.
To return your order, Login with the email address used at checkout. Select the order with the item or item(s) you'd like to return and submit a Request return. Next select eligible item or item(s) and leave a reason and a note for return request.
We will review your return request and email you once it’s been done. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with a shipping label. Print out the return label and affix to your package to ensure an effective return process by our team.

How can I make an exchange?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, please note that we do not accept exchanges for items due to buyer’s remorse. For jewelry, clothing, home décor, and similar items, exchanges will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please check the sizing chart carefully to ensure you select the right size before placing your order, as we do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizes.
Please carefully review your order before purchasing. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with proof of the issue, and we will be happy to assist with an exchange.
